Call for abstracts

Submit your abstract following these instructions:

1. 1. Title: Times New Roman 14, Bold, First Letter Uppercase, should be clear and limited up to 3 lines and a single paragraph
   2. Author(s): Authors full names, Times New Roman 12, separated by comma, corresponding author name with an asterisk, single paragraph
   3. E-mail: email address of presenting author, Times New Roman 9
   4. Affiliation: Times New Roman 12
   5. Text: The total length of this section, including figures and references, must not exceed the space available in the box (see template). References, if necessary, in square brackets.

Abstracts, posters and presentation slides are required in English.

Please remember to include up to 3 keywords.

No more than 1 abstract submitted by the same presenting author.

1. The time available for standard oral presentation is 15 minutes in total. Please take into account that this time includes discussion (3 min) with the audience also, so presentation must be appropriately shorter. The time available for invited talks will be 30 minutes in total (5 min. for discussion).

2. Acceptable digital format for presentation – PowerPoint for Windows or PDF. In case of MAC presentations speakers are invited to bring their own laptop and adaptors to connect to onsite system

3. Slide Center will be located in the registration desk area and opened from October 18, 2023 till October 20, 2023

4. All presentation shall be provided to Slide Center at least two hours before the presentation time or day before in case of morning session. It will be no possible to use personal laptops except of MAC presentation.

1. All posters must be prepared in English
2. The size of the poster is A0.
3. Important information should be readable from about 7 feet/2 meters away. Title is short and draws interest. Text is clear and to the point. Use of bullets, numbering, and headlines make it easy to read. Effective use of graphics, colour and fonts. Consistent and clean layout Includes acknowledgments, authors’ name and institutional affiliation
4. Posters should be set up in the Poster Area (conference room “Oleandro”, 1^st floor) from 14:00 a.m. on October 18 and must be removed by 12:00 on October 20 at the latest. Those posters which will remain in the Poster Area after its closing will not be kept.
5. There will be one poster board for each poster. Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the program.
6. Conference Staff will assist and provide tapes for fastening the posters.
