Registration & payment

The conference fee is 300 Euro for early registration and 400 Euro for late registration
Please, remember that the early registration will be expiring on September 15th.
The conference fees include: presentation and poster sessions, coffee breaks, two lunches, one dinner and social dinner (19/10/2023). Accommodation is not included.
To book your place for the dinner (18/10/2023) and social dinner (19/10/2023), you will have to select the option indicated in the REGISTRATION & PAYMENT procedure.

In general, no refund will be issued to registered participants.
